By signing this you will help urge the Maryland legislatures to change MD Family Law 9-102 (GPV) to have constitutional stautory language that will help protect fit parents in Maryland to make the decisions for their children's best interests . This will help protect Maryland children from any unecessary court litigation, that always has a negative psychological toll on the children. Children need to be children, not subjects of a court trial that was brought on by a third party that has absolutely no constitutional or fundamental right to these children.
